Who this article is for
Use this article if you review agent actions before they are allowed to continue.
Open the inbox
  1. Sign in to Stacksona Gate.
  2. Click Inbox.
  3. Review the folders such as NewReviewingApproved, and Rejected.
What you will see on a request
Each request may include:
  • Subject: The action the agent wants to take.
  • Risk level: Low, medium, high, or critical.
  • Summary: Important context bullets from the agent.
  • Payload: The specific parameters for the action.
  • Timeline: Events logged by the agent during the task.
  • Conversation log: Notes from the agent or previous reviewers.
  • Attachments: Images or other request evidence, if provided.
How to review a request
Before deciding, check:
  1. Does the requested action match the available evidence?
  2. Is the payload complete and reasonable?
  3. Is the risk level appropriate?
  4. Are there any suspicious details in the timeline?
  5. Are prior reviewer notes available?
  6. Would approving the request violate team policy?
Approve a request
Click Approve when the action should proceed. Add a short note if useful.
Example approval notes:
  • “Approved. Customer history and order details match policy.”
  • “Approved for one-time exception.”
  • “Approved. Amount is within refund policy.”
Reject a request
Click Reject when the action should not proceed. Add a clear reason so the agent or operator understands why.
Example rejection notes:
  • “Rejected. Refund exceeds policy limit without manager approval.”
  • “Rejected. Customer identity could not be verified.”
  • “Rejected. Payload is missing required order evidence.”
Save a note without deciding
Use Save note when you want to add context but are not ready to approve or reject.
Example notes:
  • “Waiting for fraud team confirmation.”
  • “Need additional customer verification.”
  • “Escalating to manager due to amount.”
What happens after a decision
After you approve or reject a request, Stacksona Gate sends the decision back to the agent by webhook or the next poll.
