Use this article if you review agent actions before they are allowed to continue.
Open the inbox
Each request may include:
Before deciding, check:
Click Approve when the action should proceed. Add a short note if useful.
Example approval notes:
Click Reject when the action should not proceed. Add a clear reason so the agent or operator understands why.
Example rejection notes:
Use Save note when you want to add context but are not ready to approve or reject.
Example notes:
After you approve or reject a request, Stacksona Gate sends the decision back to the agent by webhook or the next poll.

Open the inbox
- Sign in to Stacksona Gate.
- Click Inbox.
- Review the folders such as New, Reviewing, Approved, and Rejected.
Each request may include:
- Subject: The action the agent wants to take.
- Risk level: Low, medium, high, or critical.
- Summary: Important context bullets from the agent.
- Payload: The specific parameters for the action.
- Timeline: Events logged by the agent during the task.
- Conversation log: Notes from the agent or previous reviewers.
- Attachments: Images or other request evidence, if provided.
Before deciding, check:
- Does the requested action match the available evidence?
- Is the payload complete and reasonable?
- Is the risk level appropriate?
- Are there any suspicious details in the timeline?
- Are prior reviewer notes available?
- Would approving the request violate team policy?
Click Approve when the action should proceed. Add a short note if useful.
Example approval notes:
- “Approved. Customer history and order details match policy.”
- “Approved for one-time exception.”
- “Approved. Amount is within refund policy.”
Click Reject when the action should not proceed. Add a clear reason so the agent or operator understands why.
Example rejection notes:
- “Rejected. Refund exceeds policy limit without manager approval.”
- “Rejected. Customer identity could not be verified.”
- “Rejected. Payload is missing required order evidence.”
Use Save note when you want to add context but are not ready to approve or reject.

- “Waiting for fraud team confirmation.”
- “Need additional customer verification.”
- “Escalating to manager due to amount.”
