What an audit thread includes
A thread can include:
  • Request subject.
  • Task details.
  • Tool name.
  • Risk level.
  • Agent-provided summary.
  • Payload.
  • Timeline events.
  • Reviewer comments.
  • Final decision.
  • Decision message.
  • Attachments, if present.
Export a thread
  1. Open Inbox.
  2. Select the thread you want to export.
  3. Review the request details.
  4. Click Export thread.
  5. Save or share the exported file according to your organization’s policy.
Where exports are logged
Thread exports are recorded for compliance. Admins can review export activity in the audit log.
Best practices
  • Export only threads that are required for compliance, investigation, or customer support.
  • Avoid sharing exported records outside approved channels.
  • If the export contains sensitive customer data, follow your organization’s data handling policy.
  • Include reviewer notes that explain the reason for approval or rejection.
